Regional Advocates (RAs) will be the very important role as far as ILP will be concerned. They will be representing ILP at all levels. While it is not a full-time role, it will still require couple of quality hours a week to make sure the defined role is effectively met.

Regional Advocates are expected to perform these 3 roles & responsibilities

Liaise with relevant groups/individuals to increase new & retain existing members

 Organise regular ILP events in coordination with head office

Support and help local members

  • Minimum 3 years membership (Life Member or ILP Fellow Member) with ILP,
  • Preference will be given to ILP’s Certified Learning Professionals,
  • Experience: 7 years minimum in L&D industry,
  • Living in region/city for at least 3 years,
  • Passionate about L&D and supporting others
