Regional Advocates (RAs) play a very important role as part of the ILP team.

They represent ILP within their local region, connecting and supporting members and the wider L&D community.

Regional Advocates are expected to perform these 3 roles & responsibilities

Liaise with relevant groups/individuals to increase new & retain existing members
 Organise regular ILP events in coordination with head office
Support and help local members
  • Minimum 3 years as an ILP Fellow 
  • Preference will be given to ILP’s Certified Learning Professionals,
  • Experience: 7 years minimum in L&D industry,
  • Living in region/city for at least 3 years,
  • Passionate about L&D and supporting others
