Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all ILP events and workshops.
On registering your booking, 100% of total course/event fee is due and payable.
Payment can be made by direct credit, Pay Pal, cheque or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) and Tax Invoices will be issued on receipt of payment.
Programs & Events
Cancellations & Transfers
Cancellations will be accepted without charge where ILP has been notified in writing within five (5) working days prior to the scheduled date.
Transfers or cancellations within five (5) working days of the scheduled date will attract a 50% cancellation fee.
Transfers or cancellations within two working days of the course date will attract full fee.
Non-attendance on the day of the course attracts a full fee.
In the event a delegate is not able to attend a particular event, ILP will allow an alternative person to attend the event, providing full payment has been made.
Workshop/Event Changes Disclaimer
Workshop/Event dates and times are occasionally subject to change. In these circumstances ILP will make every effort to inform workshop/event attendees prior to the scheduled date.
National Conference
Cancellations & Transfers
We will refund registrations in full (less $99.50 administration fee) if notification in writing is received greater than one month prior to conference date/s.
If written notification is received between 15 – 30days prior to the conference, you will be refunded 50% of your total registration fees.
For cancellation requests will be accepted within 15 days of the conference no refund will be issued, however a replacement attendee can be nominated.
