PROFESSIONAL MEMBER

$295.00 (incl. GST and a once off joining fee of $20)

Our Professional Member level is suitable for individual learning professionals (e.g. trainers, facilitators, coaches, speakers, consultants, etc) who are currently employed or consulting to organisations.

Because ILP is committed to continue leading the learning evolution, raising the benchmarks and standards in the Learning and Development industry, certain core requirements are needed to become a Professional Member.

Criteria to Join

Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have combination of relevant experience and qualifications listed below:

Experience:  A minimum of one year’s practical experience, as well as being currently employed in a learning/training and development, education or related role.

Qualifications: Certificate level training qualification (or higher qualification). A qualification is not mandatory provided applicants can demonstrate they have at least three years’ relevant practical experience.

Applicants are required to submit a copy of their qualification and their CV outlining their experience as supporting documents with their application.

Professional Members have the benefit of being entitled to use the post-nominal letters ILPM.

FELLOW MEMBER

$395.00 (incl. GST and a once off $45 application)

ILP’s Fellow Member level is suitable for highly experienced learning and development professionals who are passionate about our industry and want to be recognised for their achievements.

Because ILP is committed to continue leading the learning evolution raising the benchmarks and standards in the Learning and Development industry, certain mandatory requirements are needed to become an ILP Fellow.

ILP Fellowships are awarded to Learning and Development professionals who can demonstrate that they:

  • are a highly experienced learning and development professional (length of experience)
  • are continuously seeking to maintain high professional standards (qualifications)
  • have made a significant contribution to the to the learning and development industry and/or ILP (references)

Criteria to Join

  • Experience: Fellowship applicants need to have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant practical experience.
  • Qualifications:  Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent qualification), plus a Diploma (or higher) qualification.
  • References (mandatory): Applicants should attach two written references or provide contact details of two referees (e.g. current or Manager/Client who is able to confirm experience).Applicants are required to submit a copy of their qualifications and their CV, outlining their experience, together with written references or referee contact details, as supporting documents with their application.
