Financial Smarts for Learning Practitioners

Do you work in a business or provide services to commercial organisations? If so, it is especially important that you can communicate with key stakeholders using financial terminology they know and respect. To be taken seriously as learning practitioners, we need to understand the economics of business and talk the language of money. We need to be financially literate and understand financial cause and effect. The reality is that for today’s learning practitioners, a lack of financial acumen is more than a deficiency, it’s a liability!
